VSR Community Food Market at the Capitol

A farm-to-table market at the Batangas Provincial Capitol for local farmers, fisherfolk and home-based food makers.

The Governor Vilma Santos-Recto (VSR) Community Food Market opened at the Batangas Provincial Capitol on August 15, 2025. It features fresh produce, fish and seafood, home-cooked food, kakanin and Batangueno specialty goods such as bread, coffee and honey.

The market is managed by the Office of the Provincial Agriculturist with about 42 groups of farmers, fisherfolk, cooperatives and entrepreneurs.
