University of Batangas to host West Philippine Sea forum on Oct 23

The Batangas leg of a regional forum on the 10th anniversary of the South China Sea arbitral ruling will be held at UB Lipa City.

The University of Batangas will host the Batangas leg of the forum "Mobilizing Filipino Voices on the 10th Anniversary of the South China Sea Arbitral Ruling" on October 23, 2026, at its Lipa City campus.

The forum is part of a regional initiative led by the UST Graduate School of Law and partners, and will gather local officials, educators, legal practitioners and students.
